On the villa's page, pick your check-in and check-out dates from the calendar and enter the number of guests. The system checks availability and calculates the total straight away; you then send your request through the booking form.

Bookings are usually confirmed with an advance payment, and the balance is collected before check-in. The deposit rate and payment schedule vary by villa, so both are shown clearly during the booking step.

The rate covers the entire villa, including the private pool and garden. Extras such as pool heating, mid-stay cleaning or transfers may be charged separately depending on the villa; the "Useful Information" section on each villa page lists what is and is not included.

The minimum stay depends on the villa and the season, and is typically between 3 and 7 nights. It is stated on the calendar on each villa page, and the system warns you if you select a shorter range.
